InfraFund, the trading name of InfraNetZero Ltd, runs an online platform that tokenises renewable energy assets so that investors and local communities can buy fractional stakes in projects such as solar and wind installations. Project builders list schemes to raise capital, and investors can browse projects, review information and invest through the platform, which carries UK risk warnings and states that holdings are not covered by the FSCS. The company was incubated and accelerated in the SETsquared Partnership through the University of Exeter, and it presents itself as an operating system for community-owned clean energy.
