Invoflux is bookkeeping automation software for business owners and their accountants. Users connect their email inboxes (Gmail, Outlook or any IMAP account), WhatsApp and supplier portals once. The service then monitors them and pulls in invoices and receipts as they arrive. AI extracts the vendor, amounts, tax and line items, and the system matches each document to bank transactions, with EU banks connected via PSD2.

Processed documents are filed to the user's cloud storage and exported in formats accountants need. A dashboard shows balances, overdue items and payable and receivable ageing. A beta 'Ask AI' feature answers plain-language questions about the user's own invoices, with citations to source documents. The service is hosted on EU servers.
