Marvellous Babysitting is a London-based childcare app that lets parents book professional nannies on a flexible, ad hoc basis. Through a partnership with Norland, the specialist early-years college, members can book Norland nannies as well as the company's own vetted carers, all of whom hold enhanced DBS checks and paediatric first aid training. Parents post the date and time they need cover and the request goes to available local nannies. The app also offers a library of childcare guidance and family recipes drawn from Norland's training. The company was founded in 2020 by Norland alumna Ella Trigwell.
