MatchCV is a web-based tool for job seekers that tailors an existing CV to a particular vacancy. The user pastes in a job description, and the software extracts the must-have keywords, compares them with the CV, and rewrites the document so that missing terms are covered and bullet points follow the STAR format.

The service also produces an applicant tracking system (ATS) score and applies formatting intended to parse cleanly in screening software, avoiding tables, columns and graphics. Tailored documents can be downloaded for use in applications. New users receive 30 free AI actions without entering card details, and the tool treats resumes and CVs in the same way.
