Misto's Financial is a personal finance app built on a local-first model, meaning the user's financial ledger is stored on their own device rather than on a company database. Bank statements in CSV, PDF, OFX, QFX or QIF formats are parsed in the browser, so raw files are not uploaded. Optional read-only bank sync signs in through the bank's own page without a third-party aggregator.

The app covers categorising, reconciling, budgets, goals, exports and a Tax Vault, all free. An AI coach called Misto offers suggestions from derived summaries rather than raw transactions, alongside a daily note feature. A one-off Premium payment unlocks always-on services without a subscription.
