Pangea.ai runs a talent platform for companies building with AI. Clients describe their project and receive pitches from vetted talent, with the company saying matches can be made within 72 hours. It offers three staffing models: fractional AI leaders such as a part-time Chief AI Officer, CTO or CPO covering strategy and governance; individual contractors including forward deployed engineers, AI architects and AI/ML engineers; and dedicated AI Pods that take ownership of a build.

The platform also provides team augmentation through partner agencies, letting product and engineering teams fill skill gaps in areas such as AI or Web3 without long-term hiring. Clients can book a consultation or have their AI project scoped.
