Papercare is cloud software for UK accountancy practices that handles a client's year-end file from start to finish. Practices import data from QuickBooks Online via its API, from Xero general ledger exports or from Excel files produced by other bookkeeping tools. The system validates each file and identifies problem rows before it prepares the trial balance and builds twelve statutory lead schedules. Account mapping set up in the first year is reused in later years, and closing balances carry forward.

Six AI modules then work on the same file. They raise review points linked to source figures, apply firm standards, answer questions on the numbers, research UK tax, draft client emails and search the firm's knowledge base. The output is a branded PDF and Excel pack.
