Spike is a private file storage and selling service aimed at photographers, designers, musicians, filmmakers, educators and other independent sellers. Users upload a folder, set who can view a preview and share one link; buyers browse a protected view, pay on the same URL and download the original files once payment clears.

Unlike transfer services with expiring links, folders remain in the user's library. Previews can be password-protected, blurred, watermarked or censored to prevent copying of master files. Pricing is set at folder level, payments run through Stripe, and public paid folders can appear on an explore page. Use cases include client photo galleries, design packs, beats and stems, video and courses. A free tier is available.
