Break Off Capital invests in early-stage companies that commercialise advances in science and technology. Its portfolio spans quantum computing, dermatology therapeutics, cellular agriculture, infectious disease, engineered tissue, precision health, space, aerial intelligence, nanotechnology, AI, cancer therapeutics and regenerative medicine, including the quantum software company 1QBit.
The firm is run by three co-founders, Hamish Magoffin, Ricardo Celaya and Victor Celaya, and operates as Break Off Capital LLP, registered in Oxford since 2016. It says it supports the long-term growth of the companies it backs.
