5. User-Submitted Content

When you submit content to EP+ — including directory submissions, letters, tips, or comments — you grant EP Media LTD a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, publish, reproduce, and distribute that content in connection with our editorial and commercial activities.

You warrant that:

  • You own or have the right to submit the content
  • The content is accurate and not misleading
  • The content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or other rights
  • The content does not contain defamatory, unlawful, or harmful material

EP+ reserves the right to reject, edit, or remove any submitted content at our editorial discretion.

6. Directory Listings

Directory listings on EP+ are subject to our editorial verification process. We reserve the right to:

  • Reject any submission that does not meet our verification standards
  • Remove any listing that is found to contain inaccurate, misleading, or fraudulent information
  • Update listing information to reflect publicly available corrections

A directory listing on EP+ does not constitute an endorsement of the listed company, its products, or its services. EP+ makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy of information submitted by third parties.

7. Editorial Independence

EP+ operates under a 70/30 editorial policy: a minimum of 70% of our published content is independent editorial, not paid or sponsored. All sponsored, paid, or commercially influenced content is clearly labelled as "Paid Partnership" or "Sponsored" and is never disguised as independent editorial.

The presence of a company in our editorial content — whether in a news article, a roundup, or a sector spotlight — does not imply any commercial relationship with EP+.
