Conduit Ventures is an independent, FCA-regulated fund manager based in London. It was set up in the early 2000s by Shell Hydrogen, Mitsubishi Corporation and Johnson Matthey as one of Europe's first venture funds dedicated to fuel cells and hydrogen, with early holdings including Ballard Power Systems and SFC Energy.
Its remit now covers the energy transition, food and water: energy and critical-mineral optimisation, energy storage, hydrogen, water exploration and supply, and agricultural technology. It works with growth-stage companies whose technology is close to commercialisation.
