DIP Capital, which runs the Disruptive Investment Platform (DIP), is a London venture firm with a second office in Milan. It acts as investment adviser to DIP Fund I, sponsored by Platina Partners LLP. The fund launched in 2018 with €40m and rose to €50m after existing investors added €10m in October 2022.
The firm backs European digital-tech companies at what it calls second-stage maturity: mainly Series A and Series B, with follow-on money at Series C. Sectors in its portfolio include e-commerce, ad-tech, fintech, e-groceries and connected vehicles. Named investments include Wejo, Adludio and Admix, and it has exited brumbrum, which was sold to Cazoo.
