FinTech Wales is an independent membership association representing the fintech and financial services industry in Wales, based in Cardiff. Alongside its work on skills, investment, community building and promotion, it runs The Foundry, an accelerator launched in 2021 that gives early-stage companies mentoring, structured support and access to the Welsh financial services network as they look to scale. The programme focuses on fintech and adjacent areas such as cyber security, data and AI.
