Foresight Technology EIS is an unapproved EIS fund run by Foresight Group, the listed London investment manager founded in 1984. It was launched as Foresight Williams Technology EIS in partnership with Williams Advanced Engineering, later rebranded as Foresight WAE Technology EIS, and is now marketed under the Foresight name alone.
The fund invests in early-stage, unquoted companies developing and commercialising hardware and industrial software, with past holdings including Refeyn, Salvalco and Codeplay. It remains open to investors from £10,000. Foresight also runs regional funds and VCTs that back small companies across the UK and Ireland.
