Harbr is a Birmingham-based group of health venture operators that backs digital health and deeptech founders. Its angel syndicate invests collectively, up to around £150,000 per deal, in pre-seed and seed companies through a Harbr Syndicate SPV, and shares deal flow with healthcare venture funds. In 2025 it launched a Primary Care Accelerator, backed by the University of Birmingham and hosted within a large GP group, to help startups co-design, test and scale products for the NHS. The team also advises founders on commercial strategy, investment readiness and access to international markets.
