Launchbay Capital is a secondaries investment firm with offices in London and Dubai. Through a series of secondary funds and co-investment vehicles, it buys stakes in growth and late-stage private technology companies that are already established as category leaders, rather than backing early-stage bets. The firm says it sources deals through more than 300 venture relationships, a network of founders and employees, and its own private markets team, often before shares reach the open market. It focuses on price discipline at entry and active exit management, and targets distributions within a two-year harvest window. This gives founders, early employees and investors a route to liquidity.
