The family investment office of HomeServe co-founder Jeremy Middleton, set up in 1992 and based in Newcastle upon Tyne with a London office. It provides long-term, patient capital through minority stakes, and runs concentrated portfolios across growth capital, listed equities and venture capital.
For growth deals it looks for profitable, sector-agnostic UK companies with £2m to £10m of revenue, £250k to £1m of EBITDA and growth above 30% a year. Its venture activity centres on early-stage B2B software, partly via the Conviction syndicate that Jeremy Middleton chairs.
