Osney Capital is a specialist venture capital firm that invests only in the UK cyber security sector. It makes its first investment in early-stage companies, typically where the round is below £5m, and continues to support them as they scale.
The firm was set up by Adam Cragg, Josh Walter and Paul Wilkes. Its debut fund, which launched in April 2025 with the British Business Bank as cornerstone investor and accreditation from the National Security Strategic Investment Fund, was oversubscribed against a £50m target. Initial cheques range from £250k to £2.5m, with capacity to follow on at Series A.
