Pact is a London-based early-stage venture firm founded by Reem Mobassaleh Wyndham, Tong Gu and Monik Pham, and described as the UK's first all-female-founded venture fund. Its debut fund of about £30m counts Anne Hathaway and Google's Jeff Dean among its limited partners.
The firm organises its investing around three themes: Access (fintech, healthtech, SME tools and infrastructure), Betterment (skills, cybersecurity and applied AI) and Climate (energy transition, climate tech, space and robotics). It invests mainly at pre-seed and seed, aims to lead or co-lead rounds, and looks for founders with global ambitions across Europe and the US.
