Pembroke VCT is a generalist venture capital trust managed by Pembroke Investment Managers LLP. It backs smaller UK companies across consumer brands, technology and business services, with a portfolio spanning design, education, food and drink, hospitality, wellness, media, digital services and SaaS.
The trust describes its approach as entrepreneur-led, with CEO Andrew Wolfson heading the team. As a VCT it offers eligible investors 20% income tax relief, tax-free dividends and capital gains exemption, and it opened a share offer of up to £40m for 2026/27.
