Pioneer Group is a life sciences real estate and venture-building business formed in 2021 when BioCity and Knowledge Factory were combined with the science-property operation of Trinity Investment Management. It is headquartered at BioCity in Nottingham and runs science parks and lab space at sites across the UK and Ireland.
Its Life Science Accelerator offers a short pre-accelerator, an eight-week programme with coaching and access to an expert network, and a 12-month launch programme with discounted incubation space and the possibility of pre-seed investment. The group says it has supported more than 350 entrepreneurs and funded over 195 companies.
