REACH UK is the British edition of REACH, a real estate technology accelerator created by Second Century Ventures, a technology growth fund backed by the US National Association of Realtors. The programme selects an annual cohort of start-ups working on the built environment, such as energy intelligence, digital twins, flexible workspace and property maintenance. Over a roughly year-long, event-based programme, companies receive strategy calls, one-to-one mentoring, masterclasses, executive roundtables and demo day exposure to landlords, developers, investors and corporate partners across Europe and the global REACH network, which counts more than 300 portfolio companies.
