Volution is a London venture firm that targets the funding gap between Series A and Series B. It backs fintech, SaaS and AI companies across the UK and Europe that are already generating meaningful revenue, typically with £5m or more in annual recurring revenue.
Current themes include financial infrastructure such as tokenisation, stablecoins and compliance technology, AI tools for enterprise productivity, and data readiness for agentic AI. Its latest $100m fund is run under a co-GP arrangement with Japan's SBI Investment. Earlier holdings include Zopa, Cognism, Signal AI and Brightpearl.
