Havona Technology builds post-trade infrastructure for commodity and cross-border trade. Its platform converts paper trade documents, including bills of lading, letters of credit, certificates of origin and commercial invoices, into electronic transferable records aligned with the UNCITRAL MLETR framework and the UK Electronic Trade Documents Act 2023. AI extraction checks document fields against UCP 600 and eUCP rules, while title transfer and custody are recorded on the Canton institutional ledger with two-of-three signing. Banks continue to settle funds on their own rails. The company is registered in England and Wales, received pre-seed investment led by GTR Ventures, and has said it plans to open an office in Singapore.
