Kompass

Kompass, formerly Goal Manager, builds software for rehabilitation clinicians to set, track and report on patient goals. The platform combines standardised functional assessments with evidence-based goal setting, breaks goals into measurable time-bound objectives and produces outcome reports, with outcome-measure and analytics tools in development. It was founded by a clinical neuropsychologist to address the lack of infrastructure for managing rehabilitation goals, and works with research partners including Health Innovation Manchester and the University of Essex. The company is Cyber Essentials certified and its core team has worked together since 2019.
