NEDIO is a focus tool for software developers that pairs a Pomodoro-style timer with focus music. Before each block, users name the task, can set a single sprint goal and a 'done when' condition, choose a work mode such as coding, debugging, planning, review or working with an AI agent, and pick sprint and break lengths. After each session they record what was completed and where to resume.
It runs in the browser, VS Code or Cursor, and a free session can be started without an account. An AI review reads a week of logged sprints to point out what worked and what could improve. The product is aimed at developers who find AI coding agents make it hard to judge progress or know when to stop.
