Qeeper provides property maintenance and repairs through a single online booking service. Homeowners, landlords, letting agents and property managers can arrange electrical, plumbing, heating and gas work, appliance repairs, locksmith call-outs, landlord safety certificates and fire risk assessments, with fixed quotes and a 12-month labour guarantee on each job. The company says it has completed more than 20,000 jobs across London, Edinburgh and Brighton. It was set up by founders with backgrounds in property management to remove the hassle of finding and managing reliable contractors.
