Teacherbot is a Glasgow-based education technology company that helps teachers cut preparation time. Teachers type a topic or paste lesson notes and the platform generates a complete quiz, which can then be run as a live classroom game: pupils join on any device with a game code and a nickname, with no app or student accounts needed. Games include a live leaderboard and timer, and teachers get instant results on what pupils know. The tool also produces lesson plans and worksheets. It runs on a free tier with a paid Plus plan and positions itself as a lower-cost alternative to Kahoot, reporting more than 35,000 teacher sign-ups across 190 countries.
