Your Cue is a London-based medical technology start-up developing continuous, wireless vital-sign monitoring. Its current focus is Neo Alert, a single wearable designed for newborns in neonatal intensive care that tracks heart rate, oxygen saturation and temperature and raises alerts when readings change. The company, which grew out of University College London and has received Innovate UK grant support, has also worked on monitoring for hospital wards, care homes and out-of-hospital cardiac arrest. It is preparing for clinical validation, with a first launch planned for India in 2027.
