Biographica is a London biotechnology company that combines machine learning with rapid laboratory experimentation to design better plant traits. Its platform models biology in context to help seed companies develop crops that are more productive, nutritious and resilient to climate stress, and it works with partners across the seed industry, including BASF's Nunhems vegetable seeds business. The team brings together plant scientists, computational biologists and engineers. In January 2026 the company closed a £7m seed round led by Faber, and it has since joined the StartLife Accelerate programme.
