EasyGroupFlights arranges flights for groups of 10 to 500+ passengers, such as schools, sports teams, companies and tour operators. Rather than booking seats individually online, it negotiates group fares directly with airlines, holding seats together on a single booking and letting passenger names be added later.
Customers complete a short form giving destination, dates and group size, and receive two to four tailored quotes comparing airlines, times and prices. A dedicated agent then handles payment, name changes, seating, tickets and documents until the group lands. The company says it is an IATA-accredited agent and offers split payments for travellers and round-the-clock support.
