FOCO is a mobile planner aimed at people with ADHD who struggle with task paralysis. Users dictate a task by voice, type it, or photograph a handwritten to-do list. The app then uses AI to split the task into a handful of small first steps, each with a time estimate, which can be edited or reordered.
Tasks sit in a built-in calendar grouped by morning, afternoon or anytime, with reminders, and missed items roll forward without an overdue list. A focus mode shows one step at a time with a timer, a choice of soundscapes and an on-screen AI companion intended to act as a body double. Progress tracking covers streaks, focus minutes and completed sessions. The app is available on iOS and Android.
