RH Seating Studio offers a web-based seating chart for weddings and other events, intended to replace printed boards at the venue entrance. Hosts import a guest list by pasting text from a spreadsheet or messaging app, uploading a CSV or typing names in, then assign guests to tables or exact chairs, either manually, from a suggested first draft or with a visual layout tool.
Guests scan one QR code and type at least two letters of their name to see where they are sitting. No app or login is needed, and the search copes with typos and nicknames. Seating can be edited at any point without the QR code changing. The guest page supports 17 languages, and a host's first event can be published free for up to 250 guests.
