Vortex IQ builds an AI workforce for e-commerce merchants and agencies. Its agents connect to platforms such as Shopify, BigCommerce, Adobe Commerce, Stripe and Google Ads, detect problems and growth opportunities such as checkout drops or payment declines, propose changes with evidence, apply them once a person approves, and then check the impact. The founding team previously ran a London commerce agency and built staging tools including StagingPro. Founded in June 2023 and a Techstars alumnus, it raised a seed round led by Sure Valley Ventures in 2024.
