Omnea builds an AI-native procurement platform that gives employees a single place to raise purchase requests and routes each request automatically through finance, legal, IT, security and risk approvals, while maintaining a central record of suppliers. It is expanding into AI-driven supplier relationship management. Founded in London in 2022 by Ben Freeman, formerly of Tessian, the company sells to mid-market and enterprise customers including Spotify, Wise, MongoDB, Adecco and Albertsons, and hires across the UK and US. In September 2025 it raised a $50 million Series B co-led by Insight Partners and Khosla Ventures, with Accel, Point Nine, First Round and Prosus participating, bringing total funding to more than $75 million.
