Revolut is a London-headquartered financial technology company founded in 2015 by Nik Storonsky and Vlad Yatsenko. It offers consumer and business accounts, debit cards, currency exchange, payments, savings, stock and crypto trading and a range of lifestyle products through a single app, and holds a UK banking licence alongside its European bank. It serves tens of millions of customers across Europe, the Americas and Asia-Pacific. According to PitchBook figures cited by TechCrunch, the company has raised about $2.89 billion in venture funding; a secondary share sale in November 2025 valued it at $75 billion, making it Europe's most valuable private technology company. Storonsky has said a public listing could come later this decade.
