What happened
Oxford Angels Network was a business-angel network attached to the University of Oxford's commercialisation activity, registered in 1999 and known as ISIS Angels Network from 2000 until a 2016 rename. It introduced Oxford spin-outs and early-stage science and technology companies to private investors, operating from the University Offices in Wellington Square. Companies House filed the company under the dormant SIC code, with final accounts made up to 31 March 2021, and the company was dissolved on 14 February 2023. Its website no longer resolves. The network's role was superseded by the university's own venture vehicles, notably Oxford Science Enterprises, and by other regional angel groups.
