Granola builds an AI-powered notepad that listens to meetings and turns a user's rough notes into structured summaries and action points, without a bot joining the call. Launched publicly in 2024 and aimed first at founders, investors and knowledge workers, the product has since added Spaces for shared team workspaces alongside personal and enterprise APIs so that meeting context can feed other tools. In March 2026 the London-based company closed a $125m Series C led by Index Ventures, with Kleiner Perkins, Lightspeed, Spark and NFDG participating, at a $1.5bn valuation, roughly six times the value set at its 2025 Series B. Total funding is reported at around $188m.
